Information you provide
When you use the inquiry form or email SolitroCo, you may provide your name, business name, email address or phone number, message, and later correspondence. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the form.
Basic visit information
The website receives ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser, device, requested page, and referring page through its hosting and security infrastructure. To prevent form abuse, the application converts the submitting network address into a keyed, non-reversible HMAC token and stores no raw address in its application database. The token becomes eligible for deletion after 24 hours and is removed in bounded batches during later form activity, so an expired token can remain longer during low traffic or a cleanup backlog. If analytics is configured, Google Analytics may also measure visits, navigation, and completed inquiry forms using cookies or similar identifiers.
How information is used
Information is used to reply to inquiries, evaluate a possible project, operate and secure the website, understand whether the website is useful, and meet legal obligations. SolitroCo does not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, email-delivery, analytics, and other limited service providers process information only to provide their services. Configured retention periods are review thresholds, not automatic deletion promises. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, business records, security, and legal obligations, then reviewed before any deletion or anonymization.
Your choices
You can block cookies through your browser and can ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to records SolitroCo must retain. Email justin@solitro.co with a privacy request.
