These terms apply to the public SolitroCo website. Browsing the site or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship. A proposal and signed service agreement control any paid project.
Concept work
Portfolio items labeled as concepts are self-directed demonstrations, not client engagements, testimonials, performance results, ratings, or claims about an operating business.
Accuracy and availability
SolitroCo aims to keep public information accurate and the website available, but does not promise that every page will be uninterrupted or error-free. Project scope and commercial terms are confirmed in a written proposal and service agreement.
Intellectual property
The SolitroCo name, site design, original copy, code, and concept materials may not be copied or republished without permission. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their owners.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their availability, content, security, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers.
