Website projects

A complete website, built around the business.

Planning, words, design, development, launch, and ongoing care work better when they are shaped together.

The parts of the website should work together.

A strong project is more than a visual refresh. The words, mobile experience, search structure, forms, launch details, and care plan all affect whether the finished site is useful.

Direction and content

The message, page plan, and visual direction are shaped around the business and the questions its customers actually ask.

Responsive design

Every important page and action is designed for phones, tablets, laptops, and the unpredictable content a real business creates.

Development and launch

The site is built, connected, tested, redirected, measured, and moved live without handing the owner a pile of unfinished details.

Search and inquiries

Services, locations, proof, forms, and contact paths are organized so people can find the business and know what to do next.

Ongoing care

Each signed project includes a care plan. Its hosting, backup, monitoring, update, and support commitments are configured and documented before launch.

Responsive from the beginning

The phone version is part of the design—not an adjustment at the end.

Flexible ways to get started

Choose the payment approach that fits the business.

Choose a traditional project fee or spread the website cost across a lower-upfront monthly plan. Every proposal is based on the size and needs of the business, and final scope and terms are written down before work begins.

  • Professional photography, video, paid advertising, and ongoing content campaigns
  • Third-party subscriptions, transaction fees, and work outside the approved scope

The launch target begins after the agreed initial payment, content, access, and timely feedback are in place. The proposal explains the payment schedule and ongoing care term. After payment, you own your approved business copy and supplied assets; SolitroCo retains its reusable tools and grants the rights needed to use the delivered website. The signed agreement controls the final terms.

Common questions

Important details, answered early.

Are the websites in the work section real clients?

No. They are clearly labeled, self-directed concept projects created to demonstrate design range. SolitroCo will only publish client claims, reviews, and results after they are real and verifiable.

Who is this service for?

It is intended for owner-led local service businesses that need a clear, credible marketing website—not a custom software product or large online store.

Can you keep our existing domain?

Usually, yes. The domain can remain in the business owner’s account while SolitroCo handles the records needed to launch the site. Access and ownership are documented during onboarding.

What do you need from us?

Business context, existing brand and website access, usable photos or permission to source imagery, and consolidated feedback at the agreed review points.

What counts as a revision round?

A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the presented work. A new page, integration, or direction after approval may change the scope and price.

Do you guarantee rankings or a number of leads?

No. SolitroCo builds clear, technically sound pages and measurement foundations, but search position and customer demand depend on factors no web studio can honestly guarantee.

What happens if the relationship ends?

The written agreement covers notice, final payment, account ownership, and delivery of paid-for work. Domain and third-party account ownership are recorded so offboarding is deliberate rather than improvised.
